I think I can afford one "stupidly expensive" spoke, but being the cheapskate that I am, I'll try to buy just one "stupidly expensive" Shimano nip instead! The DT looks a little odd since it's not matte black like the Shimano spokes, but I won't mind losing the style points on that one!
