The insurance company just wants to stop payment on you. Dont let them try to rush you into anything. I dislocated both of my shoulder, at seperate times from motox racing accidents. The first time it hurt for some time since i tore my rotator tissue in my shoulder (had to get an MRI to tell me that). After about 4 weeks I could use my shoulder just fine, but it hurt when i lifted my arm above my head. It took another 4 weeks to completely heal. The second time a guy i was riding with put it in place for me and I took some lortab that i had left over from a previous accident for about 2 weeks then it took about a month after that to feel normal. I dont know what kind of medical care you got in the first place, but i would go see another doctor and tell him your symptoms. You might have torn a ligament or some tissue.
