This was my first morning riding from our new place about 5.5 miles out of town. (45MPH roadway with no shoulders) Total mileage in was 6.64miles/10.68km. Temperature was 39F/4C by 6:00 A.M. this morning. The Chinook winds were steady at 15MPH/24KMH with light gusts.

My headlite was dead this morning. So, had to ride the trip with no lite. Good thing for me the moon was shining bright! Time for new batteries!

I was supprised at how little traffic there actually was on the way into town. The traffic there was gave me plenty of room and even slowed down.
