europe bound does it for 8 bucks i think. i got horrible ones done in chinatown (celebrity mugshot).
i love going into tap phong.. service can be great: "how may i help you? oh, down that aisle on the left."
or brusque to say the least: uh, how much is that knife? *lady throws a brochure in my face*.
