I'm the satisfied owner of a Chrome bag, but I'm having a problem with it that I can't seem to figure out. The strap that tightens/loosens the bag usually has a loop on the end that you can both use to grab onto and to reduce the amount of dangling strap you have when the bag's relatively empty. Somehow, my loop has disappeared. Now the strap is connected to the plastic adjuster-thing only when it's sewn around it. Has anybody else had this problem? And if so, can you recommend a way to fix it? Thanks...
