i used a plastic putty knife, it worked pretty well. don't get me wrong - those decals are really on there and it takes some scraping, but it can be done. +1 on the goo gone.
I got in the zone and accidentally started scraping away at the decals under the chainstay protector sticker - oops! Oh well.
