If you do want to do it.
-rip out the insole and cut out the cleat area.
-get some thick plastic and cut it in the shape of the insole
-dremel slots for the cleat.
-put everything in place then get a new insole to cover cleat.
I bet my DCs would be good. The sole is really stiff and thicker than normal, I don't wear them much for that very reason. I really only skate in them and I don't skate much these days.
