The N95 respirators/masks that you can buy at Lowes/Home Depot/Ace and which are suitable for working with figerglass, etc., are actually made to the same specs as N95 masks used in health care facilities for working with patients on respiratory isolation (small droplet). Overkill for cold weather exercise - just buy the "nuisance dust" masks.
