I have a couple of spare Continental tubes and am just about to toss em, but before I do is this a problem specific to Continental or have I just had two bad eggs?
I had the same story, just change the names. Usually use Torelli tubes. Switched to Michelin. Blew out 4 tubes in 2 weeks. Switched back to Torelli. No problem. I've got to believe that despite being "commodities" there are some manufacturing or size or strength differences among tubes that create these wild swings in reliability.
