I have the same trailer, but mine is set up with the brakes and I don't have the wagon top. I have never had any problems riding with it roads. Like Peterpan! says people think its a kiddie trailer and for the most part will give you more room. The only drawback is getting it though doorways, mine has to be picked upped and turned on its side to fit though some doors.

I've hauled 200+ pounds with it without any problems (other then getting it started and hills) Great trailer, we use it as a pack mule for everything from going to the store to bringing home our x-mass tree

Your trailer looks longer then mine, did you get the extended trailer?
