I've got 2 pairs of Quattros. They're stable & reliable and there are no adjustements needed.
A friend who has Eggs & Quattros claims the Eggs are a bit easier to clip in & out, but the Quattros have the advantage of a platform that makes them more stable.
If you wear super stiff shoes, you might not notice the difference.
