The bike comes with a 48/16 which is 81in. 48/15 is 86.4in.
I haven't ridden the track in decades, and my previous experience was pursuit, so it'l take me a while, but eventually I'm going to have to gear up, so I probably will need a 49 or 50 eventually.
What do you recommend as far as gearing? I'm getting a 15 cog. Will 81 and 86.4 be ok to start? I eventually want to try sprints, no more pursuit for me. I'm going to start with the open track sessions at Brain Piccolo park.
