Mike is right - although it possibly could be a late '77. Change out the wheels for 700c alloy, and you'll have a nice rider. I had one of those new, and have another one now (both in the unmatched glory of that nice gold color ). It isn't the finest bike ever made or anything, but for nostalgia's sake, is probably the last bike I'd part with.
