Thanks that helped a lot! By searching “UE-8” and "Caravan" in Google I finally found some similar bikes!!
It definitely appears to be a UE-8. I was having a hard time finding other Peugeots with the primary sticker on the top tube. It appears they just did that in 1982-83. I read one post that states the first 3 in the serial # indicates 1983 which is inline with the Peugeot sticker on the top tube. So I am concluding it’s a 1983 UE-8 Caravan. Any thoughts on value, cause this bike just isn’t my speed.
