Try a Delta Universal Megarack and Sunlite trunk bag. The bag has 2 side and a rear pocket perfect for tools, tube etc. The bag's about 25.00 and the rack's around 30.00 @ bikepartsusa.com. My gf has this combo on her hybrid and loves it. There's usually some combo deals on nashbar.com, too.
