I am looking tp buy a new stem for my track bike, and I was just wondering where they are measured from. Im new modifying and upgrading my bikes, and im starting in the front and working my way back. I searched the forums but came up with little. I am thinkin of nitto dynamic stem. Is it just a matter of how high I would like the stem to be? Thanks!
