I'm liking the Trek Interchange system. I've had the panniers for about 8 months and just got the small trunk. I use the panniers for work (carry lunch, clothes, a few papers, and repair equipment; shoes stay at work) and am going to use the trunk for group rides to keep my fredness level up.
