The Delta MegaRack is in use on two of my bikes. Just barely fits the one with disc brakes. The Arkel Tail Rider rack top bag is very nice but not huge. Plus, it doesn't fit the Rans rack on my recumbent. The Delta Compact panniers are functional/inexpensive but required some modification by my wife and her sewing machine.
