Why is everyone selling the 31.8mm bars cheaper than the 25.4 bars? Seems kind of odd.

Edit: I think I would like them, but wonder if they are really any different in terms of hand positions than the steel Wald Touring bars (#8095). Those are like the bars you find on old upright frumpy 3-speeds.
