Riding a bike drunk is a lot harder than driving drunk, alcohol really kills your sense of balance. If you're gonna do it though, ride a bike with a relaxed head tube angle, it'll be much more stable and easier to handle. Belive me, waking up in a pile of bloody sheets with a couple of broken bones is not fun after you tried to ride your bike from the bars.

The legal limit is only a guideline. It simply means that if you are over that limit, then they HAVE to issue a DUI. Otherwise...you can get a DUI technically from swallowing your mouthwash instead of spitting it out and then operating a vehicle, and yes...that includes a bike.
