Age 30, medium build, 6'0", 166lbs, up from 160 during season.
160lbs seems about right for me.
Oddly, I lift weights at the gym four days a week, and have been keeping that schedule consistantly for a year. I am stronger, but my weight is the same and I don't really have the muscles to show for my efforts. Genetically speaking, I was robbed.
