Hmm, well...i'm 5'10 and got down to 165 last summer...due to cycling. That was at my peak performance (times vs miles).
So what do we have here? Lighter me = faster times? Or faster times = lighter me?
Personally i'd like to be 185 @ 8-10% body fat...i'd be willing to bet i'd be able to cycle a lot faster there then 165 and 20% BF that i was last summer (though that is probably faster then the 180 23% i'm at now
