I'm 6'3", 210lbs w/ med frame. I haven't been riding long enough to know, but my guess is that 190lbs is my ideal/realistic cycling weight.
I'm 6'2 and at my 'winter' weight *cough* too much beer *cough* of 195 right now. Ideally, I'll be at 185 by the time I start riding in the spring and down to 180 by the end of summer...
