Everything related to power training and nutrition would indicate that you'd want to replace your BMR calories, and any calories burnt through cycling. If you're doing any other strenuous activities like walking around at work, add those in too.
Adjust calories to the left or right if you're gaining or losing weight when you don't want to be.
