Bikes: a bunch

been all over the map, over the years. Have three wardrobes - 'fat', 'soft' and 'almost right'. right now - 164 lbs , at 5'11" when I get outta bed and 5' 10 3/4 when I go to bed...
I've seen 215 as 'Big-Boned' (that should read 'lardass'), 200 rock solid as a rower and mostly 170 - 175 as a younger rider.
now at 57+, 158 is about optimum for comp. but more would be nice
I'm lighter than ever, but back in skool daze 175-180 was pretty solid.
problem with age is losin muscle mass, so I'm working at getting a little more back on, especially upper torso.
tough project. don't believe I can 'naturally' add that much back on without spendin a lot of time in the gym - one place I dislike. I'm an outside cat.
So I guess I'm okay with 160-165, if its really solid - near that at the moment, but "Scottie I need more Power!", and for mid-feb thatz fine by me...
