Top of the line Taiwanese carbon frame- the same technology, attention to detail, and design go into frames sold by brands that would have you doing backflips had you won one of theirs for the price you paid... sure, the Raleigh paint isn't the bling-iest, but the frame is tight.
If it was mine? Out comes the powerdrill and the metal brush cup attachment... couple of hours later I would have a sick raw carbon look... maybe spring $200 and get it custom painted...
