try using something that is stout and has a hole in it like a sink drain (don't drop it down the drain!) a seatpost, or the bottom of your steerer tube after taking the wheel off.

barring that, have someone hold a fire door closed on them and bend around the edge of the door. there are plenty of ways to bend things using immovable objects.
