Haven't tried the 4000s. Didn't like the 3000s - slow and went S-shaped. How do they compare with Vredesteins? Not the SE cheap junk sold by Performance. I can't understand why Vredestein agreed to build those tires for them. I run plain black Vredesteins on my stealth beta bike and Tricomps on my Trek alpha bike. I weigh 160 and run them at 145. Love 'em.
