Well I decided to take a risk and buy used. I got a PT pro laced to open pro rear wheel for 560$ on ebay today. Seller says it is in great condition and it has been serviced recently and does not have too much use in it already. I also talked to saris and they said worst comes to worst, for 150$ I can have it fully repaired which is essentially like getting a new hub. If this happens, I still will have paid about 200-300$ less than retail. All in all, I got everything I need for less than 750$ (I bought wko+ and know where I can get a matching open pro front for 75$ shipped).
