No disputing what you write about shortish TT's of a small frame for a tightish cockpit but your use of the rotated up term doesn't resonate. There ain't nothing rotated up with a racer. My interpretation of a rotated up rider would be a TT'er with an upright sta with more open hip angle...a far cry from what is shown in your pic of basso IMO.

TT's are a whole other set of matchbox cars. For a non-TT bike, Basso's cockpit on that bike is angled pretty up...
