I work at Qpass in Seattle. Our building has a bike storage room off the parking garage as well as a full featured locker room stocked with fresh towels. In addition to that, they pay $100 post-tax to each employee each month for transportation expenses (of course many folks use that towards parking fees, but many more buy a bus or train pass). My commute consists of a train ride on the Sounder and any where from 2-20 miles of daily riding depending on where I catch the train into Seattle.
