wow, thanks. thought it might be helpful and it's not an easy site to find. been looking into lighting for quite awhile now. i'm currently looking into ground effects for my trike and ran into it on that search. noted it, printed it out, and filed it for future ref. and seeing as i ran into this thread thought someone else might want to do the same.

i'm way too into lighting. i've got so darn many lights on my bikes that i can out bright light an 18 wheeler and have on many an occation. (i LOVE my highs) i'm very concerend w/ weight so i have a tendency to lean twards the new LED's they've come out w/ lately. you'd be surprised at how much light 4 (and i mean 4 X 4, not one set of only 4 LED's but 4 sets of 4) of those little LED's will throw out. i've scared peds thinking i'm some form of space ship or something before.

i use front lights, side lights, wheel LED's, and rear lights. don't care if they are laughing at me when i pass... if the laugh, they know i'm there and that's all i care about. getting hit sucks royal dog crap. not EVER going to be hit because someone didn't see me.
