While this is true, the opposite is true as well. Shorter head tube = potentially a lot more spacers in order to get the bars up to proper height.

But neither of these scenarios have any relevance without knowing what kind of riding the OP does, his fit level, overall goals, etc. For all we know, he may be looking for a tourer....
