I tried to bump a thread pertaining to this topic and didnt recieve any response. I am wondering if anyone has ever glued/epoxied/etc a ball bearing into a hex wrench to prevent someone from inserting a tool into there.

What are the methods to go about doing this?? Any of ideas besides running chain from the rails to the frame? since that would not work for a stem.
