Bikes: 1983 Timberlin Ridgerunner, 1995 Univega tandem, 2005 Giant OCR Comp 2 and a 2006 Giant OCR3

My bike shop is 100 niles away, so I have dealt with Performance, but NOT anymore. I did not have good luck with Performance either. They would not even be so kind as to answer my e-mails.....even if their answer wasn't what I wanted to hear.....they SHOULD have answered. If that is the way they treat customers, they do not need me.
