fidel. I had a hard time determining if it was waterproof or not. There was more water on the inside as compared to the outside, the one time I wore it in wet conditons. Maybe if it was chilly enough , I might try it again. But, if it is reasonably warm, I'll go for the reflective fishnet, style vest thank you..
