Anyone use the Shimano SH-R098 road shoes? I am looking for a budget road shoe/pedal combination that is comfortable, nice looking, ect... It would be a plus if it could take both style of cleats but I think I am going to stick with the Shimano R540 SPD-SL pedals.

How are the shoes? Do they run narrow? My feet are a little wide.
How about the pedals?

Any input for a beginner looking for some quality parts that dont cost an arm and a leg.
