this isn't true at all. They price match. You can do it online when you place your order. Just put in the company name, product and price along with the URL to the item showing the price. They won't bill or ship the item until they confirm your price. If they can't match then you either get a call or email.

Pricing Policies They call it Performance Price Protection Plan. Only caveat is the item must match exactly and be in stock at the other location.
I've been shopping with Performance for years. Have not had any more issues with them than with other online retailers. Return policy is fine, the 10% back is great with Team Performance.
