Always print your order confirmation page - doesn't matter if you're ordering from Performance or any other online retailer. If you don't have an email confirmation in a short period of time (10-15 min)- CALL the retailer and check to see if there is a problem-- especially if it's something you're needing by a certain date. If there is a problem you have the printed order confirmation page as backup and you can place the order over the phone if needed.
No. Until last year, I didn't have a printer. If you're the kind of operation where I have to keep track of your records for you, I'm going to discontinue supporting you.
