Depending on the ride:
Knife.
Tube.
Pump.
Two steel tire levers.
Care card.
A bit of cash.
spoke tool and a few allen keys.
And usually half a roll of duct tape on my seatpost.
If I'm at the Skatepark I just bring my toolbox.
