I've been doing more DH shuttle runs lately, and in my pak I have:

2 tubes (I run presta, if someone i ride w/ is running schraeder, ill throw one in)
Few tire levers
Mini Pump
Multitool
Folding knife

Thats about it. I'll keep more tubes, shock pump, floor pump, and more tools down in the car.
