Sorry, you totally missed my point. Read the start of my post again. Then read the end without prejudice. I told you I sympathised with your situation, I really do. I had to take my father to hospital for chemo, and couldn't have done it without a car, so believe me, I know where you're coming from. But like I said, I believe there are people out there doing the hard stuff so people who can't, which includes me, don't have to. They should be appreciated, not patronised. My old man isn't around any more, but my kids are, and I want a better world for them. My considered opinion is that their future depends upon a lot of useless petrolium consumption being knocked on the head.
But if I offended you in any way, then many appologies. I wish you and yours only well. I have no interest in getting into a protracted arguement. I also don't want to rake over the coals. I find these things tend to go on and on with no conclusion, just a moving to the extremes. So I'll bid you good night.
