It is made, or rather imported and rebadged by Tunturi, a finnish sporting goods brand. The finnish made tunturis were all welded, the brazed frames I have seen (Retki, Retki SL) are rebranded peugeots. The italian/japanese component mix indicates that it was built up here though.

50e is a decent price if it's in good working order wich it looks to be from the pics.
