There was about 1.5" of slushy snow on the MUP in Redmond, and it got deeper going north to Woodinville. Finally ended with around 2.5 - 3" on the ground, mostly fluff over slush by the time I left the MUP. The roadways were just slush: Narsty, gritty, blackish-grey slush for the last mile and a half of my commute. I got to work and checked my computer... 9.7 mph average. Not bad for 6 miles breaking track in the slush/snow on the MUP and schlepping through the mire of filth on the roadway. Not bad considering my fender wells were packed with slush by the time I got to work, and I'm sure that didn't help my efficiency at all.

I saw 3 other commuters today. Two riding, and one pushing. (I asked, and he said he was OK but it was just too much snow for him.)
