I rode up to the village last Sunday (never ran ito
VB), and yes it was cold..... Hit ice patches about 5 miles or so before the village. The wind was also very strong. On the decent (not GMR) I wobbled once way more that I was comfortable with, and a couple other times that were not as bad. These were just infrequest gusts though.
Sunday was obviously before the Monday/Tuesday rains, so its likley worse now. This said, were are planning to do it again on Sunday morning at 7:00am from Valley Center/Serria Madre
