All of the available commercial wheelsets I found in 130 has stupid low spoke counts and were very expensive. Phil Wood and Chris King do 130 disc hubs, but they ain't cheap. The most cost effective hubs I found were these Novatecs, but still not cheap when you consider the cost of building up wheels. Thankfully I managed to score a rear wheel from a Specialized Sirrus Sport on ebay with 130 spacing and a 6 bolt disc mount. It was $44 shipped so if I have to rebuild it I will not be too sad.
I had the same problem with my 2005 Conuest Disc-R, and ended up dropping $350 for a Velocity wheelset - but when I finally get the wheels, it turns out that the rear drive side dropout is bent to the point that it is incredibly difficult to get the wheel on, much less get it off! I will probably end up using it as the base frame for an Xtracycle.
