I'm debating between Fuji's Team Pro and Team RC. The difference in price between the two is $600 (employee discount.)

Here's the main upgrades from the Pro to the RC

PRO- Dura-ace RD, rest is ultegra. RC- All Dura-ace
PRO- Shimano R-550 wheels. RC- Mavic Ksyrium Elite
PRO- FSA Team Issue cranks RC- FSA SLK MegaExo cranks

Weight difference- one pound. There are small upgrades in terms of handlebars, saddles, etc.
