How do you know the dropouts are forged (whats that mean lol, googleing time)? (wikied it, now i know) but how can you tell?

I use gloves, and its not that cold, its 0-1C now.

Well it was actually late, around 8pm. But yeah i want longer days (and a head light).

The fenders are a must, cause its wet now, and in the sumer it rains. And there not that ugly.

Gota find a cheap seat tube. but its sun. and everything is closed.
