hello, I have been searching the forums for an answer to this but could not fin done. IF you know what thread its in please post it or you can tell me here

Basically i want to repaint my frame but i have to get rid of the paint thats surrently on it. what simply and effective way could i use to get ride of it. Right now i am sanding it but its too slow.
