Bikes: Surly Steamroller, IRO Groupbuy, Trek 520, plus a bunch of homebrews

Is your BB and headset cartridge bearings or regular ball bearings?

If it's cartridge just make sure everything is nice and snug. Regular ball bearings it's nice to clean it and get some new grease in there, especially if you been riding all winter.
